 I have always fought hard for our region. 

I have a heart for our community. 

I love it and that’s why I have  always been so committed as a Councillor and as a leader of community and sporting organisations. 

I am now very proud to represent our community as a Member of the Tasmanian Parliament. 

Jacinda Ardern NZ Prime Minister said, 

“It takes courage and strength to be empathetic, and I’m very  proudly an empathetic and compassionate leader.” 

As your Labor member, I promise tenacity,  empathy and courage and to fight for what’s right in Northern Tasmania.  

We have to combine courage with understanding when we consider the diverse needs of our community. 

I will proudly work with everyone in our community. 

I will listen, I will learn, and do everything I can to bring people together and boldly drive our region forward.
